Before importing any pre-packaged goods or commodity in India, you must get an LMPC registration certificate. The certificate must be received 90 days prior to the date you decide to start importing goods/commodity in Indian market.

An affidavit stating that applicant had neither been punished by any Court nor has he any criminal proceeding pending against him in any court of law
An affidavit stating that applicant(s) shall adhere to the legal provisions and the directions issued by the controller
Copy of GST/ VAT/CST Registration
Registration document of establishment/municipal/factory/shop or trade license
