Job Description

Responsible for preparing quotes and fulfilling all parts required for distribution to customers or field technicians. Tracking of orders to ensure deliveries are achieved on time as scheduled.

• Arrange and expedite direct shipments to our customers and Service Personnel in the field.
• Create sales orders, packing lists and shipping documents for the Service Department.
• Prepare and fulfill all parts required for distribution to the field including interfacing closely with the Service Manager and Service Personnel to ensure orders are fulfilled in sync with their work schedules.
• Coordinate customer parts orders from suppliers, collect parts and prepare for shipment to customer.
• Prepare and send customer invoices to corresponding accounts/portals with shipment of order.
• Track orders to ensure on time delivery dates on time, as outlined by customers.
• Utilize the forklift to move materials and offload shipments from trucks as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
