Associate Director of Sales & Operations

About the Opportunity
The Aesthetic Syndicate is building the most trusted aesthetics organization in the U.S., where clinical excellence, luxury service, and operational precision come together to create a best-in-class patient and provider experience.
We're looking for an Associate Director of Sales & Operations to lead growth and operational performance across a region of high-performing practices. This role is critical to scaling our footprint, supporting our providers, and reinforcing the systems that make our patient and provider experience exceptional.
This is a role for a builder. You'll be responsible for translating executive strategy into operational execution while developing Practice Managers and local teams to meet ambitious goals. You'll move fast, lead with clarity, and create environments where accountability and results can thrive.
What You'll Own
Regional revenue and EBITDA growth through smart sales strategy and team development
P&L accountability, KPI performance, and territory planning
Direct management and mentorship of Practice Managers, supporting them as they coach providers and front-of-house teams
Cross-functional alignment with HR, marketing, finance, and clinical leadership to execute rollouts, campaigns, and brand initiatives
Oversight of operational SOPs, compliance, and brand standards across locations
Leadership of patient experience initiatives that drive loyalty, referrals, and local reputation
Who You Are
3+ years of multi-site leadership in aesthetics, retail, fitness, wellness, or premium healthcare
Confident in driving growth and managing toward targets
Adept at coaching, building culture, and holding teams accountable
Financially literate with experience owning regional P&Ls
Comfortable balancing systems and relationships
Communicates clearly, acts decisively, and leads with integrity
Willing to travel 50% throughout the assigned region
Bachelor's degree preferred
