Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and customers. This role involves responding to inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and acting as a liaison between departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable handling a variety of customer interactions in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers via phone, email, and/or chat
• 
  Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• 
  Enter and manage customer orders accurately in the system
• 
  Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, billing, etc.) to resolve inquiries
• 
  Follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• 
  Document all customer interactions and maintain records
• 
  Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
• 
  Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
  

Qualifications:

• 
  1-3 years of customer service or administrative support experience
• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 
  High attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems
