A leading retirement solutions provider is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to assist with year-end onboarding of 401(k) clients. This role supports Implementation Managers and involves a mix of data entry, client communication, and coordination across internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new 401(k) clients during year-end implementation.
• Prepare and send client communications.
• Generate reports and perform accurate data entry.
• Make outbound calls to gather missing information and support client onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and complete documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative support.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
