Copford Capital Management (“Copford”) is a single-family office serving the interests and financial reporting needs of the founders (family name confidential) of a large operating business focused on real estate. The investments of the Family Office are principally in real estate assets, both throughout the US and internationally, but also include a mix of private equity and venture capital.
The Director of Renovation & Project Management will oversee hotel renovation and capital projects across Copford’s portfolio. The role requires deep experience in hospitality renovation and construction, brand standards, and managing complex projects in operating hotel environments.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000
