🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team (mechanical + electrical) focused on sustaining and improving legacy products
• Drive key initiatives including cost reduction , quality improvements , and design optimization
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between engineering, manufacturing, quality, field service, and product teams
• Own the root cause analysis and corrective action process for field and production issues
• Oversee documentation updates—drawings, BOMs, manuals—and ensure alignment with internal protocols
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards
• Identify opportunities for standardization, efficiency, and scalability within the product line
• Contribute to global engineering efforts and continuous improvement projects

🧠 What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of engineering experience , ideally in manufacturing or industrial equipment
• Proven track record in engineering leadership, mentorship, and team development
• Strong technical foundation in mechanical systems , with working knowledge of electrical components
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Experience with sustaining engineering and product lifecycle management
• Familiarity with engineering best practices like FMEA, DFMA, and RCA
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on in the shop or on-site
