Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our client's Chicago-based team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior bankers on live transactions, gain exposure to all aspects of the deal process, and contribute meaningfully to the success of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
• Conduct industry and company research within the supply chain vertical.
• Assist in drafting confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and calls, gaining direct exposure to senior executives.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers and team members in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related area (internship experience may be considered).
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
