About the Candidate

The successful Project Manager will be a detail-oriented and financially astute professional with proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects. They will bring a balance of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and leadership capabilities to oversee all aspects of project delivery from financial tracking to closeout.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Demonstrated project management experience within the electrical contracting or wider construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and change order processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and accounting practices.
• Proven people management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with site Superintendents and wider project teams.
• Exceptional time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze project data, track production, and ensure positive cash flow.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full financial and operational management of assigned projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards. You will act as the central point between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining strong control over reporting, scheduling, and materials management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial reporting, tracking, and projection of labor, materials, job expenses, and changes.
• Oversee monthly financial projections and progress billing.
• Create and maintain project budgets and schedules of values to ensure positive cash flow.
• Coordinate and manage all submittals, RFI’s, change logs, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement and material management, including buyouts, releases, and deliveries.
• Partner with Superintendents to track production, ensure accurate installations, and resolve project issues.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and represent the company in project meetings.
• Prepare outgoing correspondence, project schedules, and alerts where required.
• Lead project closeout processes including as-builts and O&M documentation.
