Position OverviewAs a Sales Associate / Client Advisor, you are more than a salesperson—you are a brand ambassador. You will deliver elevated, personalized service aligned with Hirshleifers’ reputation for luxury retail excellence while fostering meaningful customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and embodying the brand in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities· Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Create refined, client-focused moments that reflect Hirshleifers’ luxury ethos—from the first greeting to thoughtful follow-up.
· Build and Cultivate Client Relationships: Proactively engage clients, track personal preferences, and foster long-term loyalty and repeat visits.
· Achieve Sales Targets: Efficiently and consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and product storytelling.
· Product Expertise: Deeply understand Hirshleifers’ curated designer assortment—ranging across apparel, accessories, and footwear—and tailor recommendations to clients’ tastes.
· Operational Excellence: Support store operations including accurate POS transactions, client data entry, and compliance with store policies.
· Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Present yourself with polish and maintain elevated floor standards consistent with a luxury retail setting.
Qualifications & Requirements· Experience: Previous luxury retail, boutique, or high-end sales experience preferred. Knowledge of high-fashion brands or client advisory roles is a must.
· Client Relationship Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage, retain, and grow a loyal clientele.
· Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to personalize interactions in a sophisticated retail environment.
· Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as retail demands require.
· Technical Skills: Comfort with POS systems, client tracking software, and basic Microsoft Office/email platforms.
