We’re seeking a dynamic Safety Director to build, lead, and manage a comprehensive safety program that supports our growing operations and aligns with our culture of accountability and care.

Position Summary:
The Safety Director will develop and implement a safety program tailored to the HVAC and construction environments. This leadership role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who can inspire safe practices across all levels of the organization. You will work closely with executive leadership, project managers, and field crews to ensure full compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards, while promoting a culture of safety excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage a comprehensive safety program.
• Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance across job sites.
• Conduct audits, lead incident investigations, and deliver training.
• Collaborate with field teams and leadership to reduce risks and improve safety outcomes.
• Provide new hire safety orientations and ongoing training across departments.
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and compliance documents.
•  Oversee compliance with third-party requirements (e.g., Avetta, CBRE, and similar safety management platforms).

Qualifications:

•  5+ years of safety experience in HVAC, construction, or similar industries.
• CSP or similar certification (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and risk management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and safety management platforms).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to inspect field operations including walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in variable job site conditions including rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor environments.
