Senior Project Manager

Richmond, Virginia (Relocation Supported)

$95,000 – $105,000 + 401(k) + ESOP (fully vested after 5 years) + 7–15% Bonus + Vehicle + Cell

What You’ll Do

• Lead the delivery of mechanical contracting projects from planning through completion.
• Manage and mentor two Project Managers, ensuring accountability and professional development.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with estimating, field teams, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and project milestones to keep everything on track.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in mechanical contracting / HVAC / MEP project management.
• Proven experience leading complex projects from planning through delivery.
• Previous leadership/mentorship of project teams.
• Excellent organizational, commercial, and communication skills.
• Degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience highly valued.
