Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Works independently to meet maintenance and operational needs for machine maintenance and facility operation
• Will Install, service, dismantle, and maintain all types of Hi Vacuum and Thermal Cycling Equipment used for production testing
• Must have knowledge in Hi-Vacuum, Pneumatic, and Cryogenic Systems and Properties, as used in Thermal Vacuum and Test Systems/Chambers
• Maintain special constructed test equipment and perform preventative maintenance to all departments
• May be responsible for setup and alignment of machinery, test equipment, and provide guidance in machine relocation
• Must Possess Knowledge of Mass Spectrometer type Helium Leak Testing for vacuum leak analysis and repair

Requirements:

• May be required to rearrange facilities as necessary
• will be required to be forklift and man-lift certified to Client standards
• Will be trained to the Client LOTO and Confined Space systems
• Will need to be available to respond to calls for Emergencies within Facilities or Production areas
• May need to communicate with Test Operations if a system is problematic outside of normal hours
• This role will also require the incumbent to be Test Operator certified to perform Thermal Chamber Test setup responsibilities
• Shall perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repair on: Production machinery, Assembly & Test Equipment, CNC Equipment, HVAC / Cleanroom systems, Electrical Service Equipment, Vacuum Pumps & Compressors
• Will be able to recommend appropriate corrective action required after system inspection
• Will have knowledge of spare parts inventory for time analysis of repairs require
